IRADA (Industrial Research & Development Agency) rooted from Arabic word “” ارادہ a CSR program at RAD Corporation, is the determination to create good in communities it serves. It was a vision of Mr. Aziz Ur Rehman (Late), Financial Advisor Government of Sharjah, to incubate both individuals and businesses and empower them for sustainable growth alleviating poverty and building an equitable society. IRADA achieves its mission to alleviate poverty by empowering socially & economically marginalized businesses for low-income families through various incubation programs, providing educational training and skill sets, & by harnessing entrepreneurial potential, capacity building & social guidance.
